El Chubasco started back in 1997 with the inspiration of compiling recipes from various local mothers who moved from Mexico while keeping the pricing down as a “cheap eats” menu. Doing this while offering 12 different house made salsas located in the all-you can-eat salsa bar! Everyone- local and tourists- young and old- lining up to eat at El Chubasco!
