In 1997, I opened the doors to El Chubasco with one simple goal: to bring authentic Mexican food to Park City, Utah, without breaking the bank. The inspiration came from local mothers who had moved here from Mexico, each bringing their own unique recipes. I wanted to share those recipes with our community while keeping the prices low, so everyone could enjoy great food. Over the years, that vision has grown into something truly special.
